concise descriptions of cheeses and cheese related topics like rennet and affinage. A great source for an extensive selection well tended artisanal cheese.
Cheeses of France is sorted by milk type. Very complete (well over a hundred cheeses!), well-designed and quick and easy to use. Good info on history, aging, season, flavor, region and wine pairing. Succinct and nice pictures. Very cool “how to cut your cheese”
Cheese and Wine Pairing is a very useable and comprehensive site matching a wide variety of cheeses with wines and vice versa. This site includes some fairly obscure wines but is good for the connoisseur.
